Lessons on Love is the practice of Adam Guzman-Poole and Andréanne Charron. When you buy from us, these terms apply together with anything stated on the page where you bought. Contact us any time at adam@lessonsonlove.org.
Our refund promise for the live workshop
The Three Portals to Love, $17. After your session, if you would like your $17 back, send us one line and we will refund it. No questions asked, no hard feelings.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. If you miss your session, email us and we will move you to another date at no charge.
Programs, sessions, and other purchases
- Coaching and counselling programs (for example, Sacred Relationship Mastery) follow the refund terms stated on their own sales page and in your welcome email. If none are stated, you may withdraw for a full refund up to 7 days before the program begins.
- Individual sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged in full.
- Digital products such as books and recordings are delivered instantly and are not refundable once downloaded, unless the file is faulty and we cannot fix it.
- Payment plans are a commitment to the full price. Missed instalments pause your access until they are settled.
What we ask of you
- Give us an accurate name and email so we can deliver what you bought.
- Keep workshop links, recordings, and materials for your own use. Please do not share or resell them.
- Be respectful of the other people in a group space. We may remove anyone who makes the room unsafe for others, without refund.
What our work is, and is not
Our sessions, workshops, and programs are spiritual therapy, counselling, and coaching. They support your growth and your relationship. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or emergency services. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line first.
We cannot promise a particular result. What you get from this work depends on what you bring to it.
Live sessions and recordings
Live sessions are held on Zoom at the times shown on the page where you registered. Times are stated in Bali time (GMT+8) with a New York reference, and your confirmation email shows them in your own time zone. We may record group sessions so that participants can review them. Recordings stay private to the participants of that group.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee that we do not control and cannot refund.
Changes and cancellations by us
If we have to move or cancel a session, we will tell you by email as soon as we can and offer another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Our content
Everything on this site and in our materials, including the Three Portals framework, is ours or used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask before reusing anything else.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our offerings change. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
